Parents never sign up cold - they always come in via a link from their child's academy. Pick which kind of link you got:

Batch / session link
Public invite shared on WhatsApp, posters, or the academy site
Personal invite email
Sent to you because the academy has already added your child

Which kind of invite do you have?

The link your academy gave you tells us which path to take.

A batch or session link
A shared invite link - usually for joining a specific training batch. You'll register yourself and add your child.
A personal email invite
The academy already added your child. You just create your account and you're in.
Not sure which? Check the link - academy invite emails come from no-reply@nexuspulse.app. Anything else is probably a batch link.
